Stan is known for his technologically advanced real estate systems, which have enabled him to be a consistent top producer. He is a member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame recognizing his sales performance at RE/MAX over his career. Stan was President of the Winnipeg Real Estate Board in 1999. Stan retired from active sales in June 2001 to become a full time manager of the company until 2005 and therafter broker/owner with Ari Lahdekorpi becoming the office manager.

Ari has been an owner, broker and manager of his own real estate company in Thunder Bay Ontario over the past fifteen years. He has taken over the full time responsibilities of training and on-going education of the sales associates in the RE/MAX professionals office. Ari has a wealth of experience with both older and new real estate sales associates and can be called on to aid them in their career development.

Our office has developed a reputation for the number of award winning sales associates. We are very proud of their achievements. They serve an important role through their leadership and enthusiasm. For our newer associates they provide Inspiration by showing them what is possible.

In addition, we have a core group of experienced associates who, year in, year out, combine a professional, productive career with a balanced family and social calendar.

We are also very proud of the achievements of our associates new to the career of real estate. We welcome the infectious enthusiasm they bring to their business and our office.

Staff & Marketing Department

Financial Administrator:
Pat Button and Betty Dzioba. Pat oversees the Accounting Department at RE/MAX professionals handling your commission payouts, G.S.T. returns, income tax remittances, etc. Pat has been with RE/MAX since 1984 and Betty since 1988.

Marketing Co-ordinators: - Margaret Glew and Arlene Marcelino are available to customize a marketing plan for you. Margaret joined RE/MAX in 1983 as a sales associate. In 1987 she became the Sales Administrator, and in January 2000 joined our Marketing Department. Arlene joined us in 2005.

Business Administrators:
Lesley Cass is the business administrator for the office. The business administrator is responsible for handling the sale transaction files. Lesley has been with RE/MAX since 1986.

Assistant/Development Co-ordinator:
Dale Paterson provides support to the Manager and Realtors. Dale joined us in 2005.

Receptionist:
Carol Parent and Dale Patterson are our two receptionists. RE/MAX knows that your first impression of our company is through our receptionists and our receptionists are professional and courteous. Carol offers bilingual service and has been with RE/MAX since 1996. Dale joined RE/MAX in 2005 moving up to RE/MAX after working in another competing Real Estate Company for many years.
